7 Days / 6 Nights Marrakesh – Zagora Desert – Merzouga Desert – Marrakesh

After breakfast, we'll leave Marrakesh, crossing the High Atlas Mountains. We will arrive at Ait-Bem-Haddou, a fortified Kasbah declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and where several films were shot. We will continue to Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco”, where there are world-renowned film studios. We will visit the Kasbah Taourirt and the cinema museum. We will continue our journey passing through the Draa Valley, one of the most beautiful valleys in the country, until we reach our destination, Zagora, where we will have dinner and spend the night.

We will start the second day in the south of Morocco, where we will cross the famous track of the Paris-Dakar Rally. We will pass the desert zone of the Draa Valley, the Oumjran plateaus and remote Berber villages. We will cross the hamadas and mountains of the black desert. At midday we will reach the dunes of Erg Ouzina, where only 14 families live in adobe houses. Here we will see the bread ovens used by the women and visit the Ouzina association, ending with a typical tea. From here, we'll take the track to Merzouga. We will start a dromedary ride to see the sunset between the dunes and we will arrive at the haimas camp. After a welcome tea, we'll enjoy a typical dinner and an unforgettable night in the desert, under the stars, the heat of the fire and the sound of Berber songs and dances.

After breakfast, we'll head back to the dunes. We will visit the villages and the oasis of Merzouga, Lake Sergie and its pink flamingos, stopping at the village of Khamlia, a people originally from Mali, where we will listen to African music. We will have lunch with the famous Berber pizza and in the afternoon, we will return to the desert, where we will have free time to walk in the dunes or do optional activities such as quads. We will have dinner and sleep in Riad in Merzouga.

After breakfast, we'll set off on our way to the Gorges of Todra and the Dades Valley. Over time, the Todra River has formed a gorge with vertical walls of enormous proportions and great beauty. The Dades Valley is known as the valley of fig trees, due to the many fig trees that exist there. We will then arrive at Boumalne Dades, where we will have dinner and spend the night.

After breakfast, we will enjoy one of the best views of the Dades Valley. We will do it from one of the most strategic places offered by the mountains. From there we will be able to observe the great number of Kasbahs and the picturesqueness of each one of them. After several stops to enjoy the route of the “Thousand Kasbah”, the Valley of Roses and the large palm grove of Skoura, we will arrive in Ouarzazate, where we will have lunch. In the afternoon we will depart back to Marrakesh crossing the Tizi N'Tichka mountain pass. In Marrakesh, we will have dinner and overnight in Riad.

Free day in the city until transfer to the airport at the indicated time.
