This day is dedicated to visit Marrakech, known as the "red city" for the colour of its walls and buildings, it is full of gardens and insteresting places. A unique experience will be to discover the "Jmaa El Fna" square, where the life and activity of the city is concentrated, with dancers, storytellers, jugglers, craftsmen, traders and snake charmers. Overnight in Marrakech in Hotel/Riad.

We will depart after breakfast, crossing the High Atlas through a pass of 2260 metres. We will pass through several Berber villages to reach the fortified village of Ait-Ben-Haddou, a place of passage for caravans across the Sahara desert and where several famous movies have been shot. We will have lunch in this magnificent setting. In the afternoon we will drive to Ouarzazate, the "Hollywood of Morocco". Here it is possible to visit the film studios. Our route will then continue south towards Dades. We will appreciate the oasis and palm trees, the numerous kasbahs and the landscape of the Middle Atlas. We will be able to take a walk in the quiet of the mountains where the Berber people make their home. Dinner and overnight in hotel/riad.

After breakfast, we will set off towards Ouzina, passing through the Middle Atlas Mountains, we will reach Nakob, crossing the arid but interesting desert landscapes, where we will discover small Berber villages with their traditional adobe buildings. We will follow the famous Paris-Dakar track until we reach Ouzina, where we will have dinner and sleep in a riad.

After breakfast, we will continue towards Merzouga, along the Paris-Dakar track, where we will enjoy the dunes of Erg Chebbi, passing through nomadic villages, until we reach the hotel. Here we will leave the 4x4 and climb on the dromedaries, which will take us into the desert to watch the sunset among the dunes and enter the Berber tent camp. Here we will have dinner and spend the night under millions of stars, in the heat of the fire and to the sound of typical Berber music.

After breakfast, we will return to the dunes and visit the villages and oasis of Merzouga and the Sergie Lake, stopping at the village of Khamlia, people originally from Mali. Here we will listen to African music and have the authentic Berber pizza for lunch. We will have free time in the afternoon to rest or do extra activities, such as quads. We will have dinner and sleep in a Riad in Merzouga.

We will continue our way to Fez, passing through Rissani, the ancient economic capital of Morocco, the Ziz Valley, Tafilalet and Midelt, enjoying its panoramic views of palm trees and gorges. We will reach Azrou, contemplating the wonderful landscapes of the Middle Atlas and the Cedar Forest with its free Gibraltar monkeys. Then we will pass through Ifrane, the so-called "Moroccan Switzerland" and arrive in Fez at the end of the day, where we will have dinner and spend the night.

After breakfast, we will head north until we reach the Rif area, where our destination is located. Once in Chefchaouen (also known as Xaouen or Chaouen), we will have free time to explore the town. Within the medina, there is the Uta el-Hammam square, the heart of the town and the ideal place to have lunch, the Grand Mosque, with a curious octagonal tower, and the Kasbah, which contains a garden, a museum and an art gallery. Leaving the medina, the most famous site is the Ras El-Maa waterfall, where the sound of the water and the green hills provide a great dose of fresh air. We will have dinner and overnight in riad.

After breakfast, we will leave Chefchaouen on our way to Volubilis, visiting the ruins of this ancient Roman city. Here, we will be able to contemplate the remains of a great city which was the centre of trade with Africa in this great empire. The archaeological site of Volubilis is possibly the best preserved Roman site in this area of North Africa and was included on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997. After the visit, we will go to Meknes for a short tour of the city and lunch in one of the typical restaurants of the city. After lunch, we will drive to Fez, where we will arrive in the afternoon, taking advantage of the remaining time to walk around the city. Dinner and overnight stay in a Riad in Fez.

After a good breakfast at the Riad, we will start our guided tour of Fez by a local guide, discovering the oldest city in Morocco, founded in 805. We will visit the royal palace, the mosque of Karaouine, the souks of Attarin and Charij Bouanania. At the indicated time we will take the transfer to the airport.
