Excursion to Essaouira

MARRAKECH - ESSAOUIRA - MARRAKECH

The excursion to Essaouira lasts one day. We will leave Marrakech in the morning after breakfast and start the journey towards the "Pearl of the Atlantic". On the way we will pass through Chéchaoua and Sid El Makhtar, two small towns. We will make stops at a traditional roadside café and also at a women's Argan oil cooperative, where you will learn about its manufacturing process and its most common uses. After about 170km, we will then arrive in Essaouira, also known as Mogador, where we will have the day to walk around and get to know this beautiful and friendly traditional fishing town, including some relaxed time on the beach. In the late afternoon, we will take the road back to Marrakech.
